Sephora Calgary is hiring a Stage Experience Lead to oversee sales floor departments and drive client experience at the Cross Iron store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-floor departments (Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, Haircare or combinations thereof) to ensure consistent execution of Sephora’s selling model and store standards.
- Coach, develop and mentor on-stage cast to maximise sales performance, client conversion and customer service metrics; conduct regular check-ins and deliver timely performance feedback.
- Manage client feedback resolution in partnership with store leadership; escalate and action client-related issues via appropriate channels.
- Ensure all selling cast are trained and proficient with Client Interactive Technology and other in-store digital tools to enhance the guest experience.
- Support and coordinate in-store events and promotional initiatives to drive traffic, meet business objectives and satisfy client needs.
- Identify hiring needs and attract talent; support talent development to build capable store leaders and a resilient on-floor team.
- Analyse daily/weekly sales performance, surface business opportunities and partner with management on action plans to grow categories.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in high-volume beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail (store or district level).
- Proven track record of coaching and developing retail teams to achieve sales and service targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client escalations and maintain service excellence.
- Strong commercial acumen and comfort working with sales metrics and performance indicators.
Skills
Experience
At least three years of progressive leadership experience in a busy beauty or cosmetics retail environment, with direct responsibility for floor operations, team coaching and event execution.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management, cosmetology or a related field is preferred.

This position is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20 to CAD 23.55 per hour.
