Sephora Calgary: Stage Experience and Services Manager leading retail teams and client experience at Signal Hill location. CAD $54,800–$68,500 annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the sales experience and services, classes, and events within the store location
  • Execute cast training for new hires and existing team members, including Welcome to Sephora and Sephora 101 sessions
  • Ensure timely response to all client feedback via Medallia, the client service hotline, and direct interactions, with regular action on identified issues
  • Act as Director in Charge (DIC) within the store and engage with cast and clients on-stage
  • Communicate team hiring needs to Talent & Business Operations leaders and manage the interviewing and hiring process for all direct reports
  • Source, select, and hire candidates using the My Sephora Career (MSC) system
  • Develop and build top-performing teams across all departments
  • Align store cast with company goals, opportunities, and trends
  • Demonstrate and reinforce Sephora values including Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Work-Life Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative

Qualifications

  • Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a similar-volume store or equivalent internal experience
  • Exceptional leadership and influential skills
  • Proven ability to lead and build top-performing teams
  • Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders
  • Capability to train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service
  • Flexible availability to work peak retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Experience

Two to four years of experience in a similar managerial role within a retail environment at a comparable store volume, or equivalent internal experience at Sephora or similar beauty retail organization.

Education

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 54,800 to CAD 68,500 per annum.
