Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the sales experience and services, classes, and events within the store.
  • Develop and lead the Color, Skin, Fragrance, Cash wrap teams, Services Coordinators, Senior Artists, Senior Skincare Advisors, and Personal Beauty Advisors.
  • Execute training programs for new hires and existing staff, including Sephora 101 sessions.
  • Respond promptly to client feedback and resolve issues using Sephora’s client feedback tools.
  • Participate in the hiring process and manage interviews for direct reports.
  • Align store teams with goals, opportunities, and trends to drive performance.
  • Demonstrate and promote Sephora values such as client service, innovation, and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Skills

Exceptional leadership and influential skills. Proven ability to lead and build top-performing teams. Ability to attract and develop talented store leaders. Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Compensation
