Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the sales experience and services, classes, and events in the store.
  • Develop and lead the Color, Skin, Fragrance, Cash wrap, Services Coordinators, Senior Artists, Senior Skincare Advisors, and Personal Beauty Advisors teams.
  • Execute training for new hires and existing staff, including facilitating Welcome to Sephora and Sephora 101 sessions.
  • Ensure timely response to client feedback and address client-related issues.
  • Act as the Director in Charge within the store regularly.
  • Communicate team hiring needs and participate in the hiring process.
  • Understand store goals and trends, ensuring alignment with the store team.
  • Demonstrate Sephora values such as Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Proven leadership and influential skills.
  • Ability to lead and build top-performing teams.
  • Flexible availability during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Compensation

The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00, with potential performance-based bonuses.
