Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the sales experience and services, classes, and events within the store.
  • Develop and lead the Color, Skin, Fragrance, Cash wrap teams, Services Coordinators, Senior Artists, Senior Skincare Advisors, and Personal Beauty Advisors.
  • Execute training for new hires and existing staff, including facilitating Sephora training sessions.
  • Ensure timely response to client feedback and address client-related issues.
  • Act as Director in Charge within the store, engaging with staff and clients.
  • Communicate hiring needs and participate in the hiring process for team roles.
  • Align store cast with store goals, opportunities, and trends.
  • Demonstrate Sephora values including Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Exceptional leadership and influential skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and build top-performing teams.
  • Ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
  • Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Two to four years in a similar managerial role within a high-volume retail environment.

Compensation
