Sephora Stage Experience and Services Lead (Full-Time) in Sarnia-Clearwater, ON. CAD$22.20–$26.10/hr plus bonus and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-stage services, classes, and event execution across assigned product Worlds within the store
- Ensure Services Coordinators and cast members perform all services within Sephora standards and execute the selling model effectively
- Train and develop Services Coordinators to effectively manage the Studio and drive daily service operations
- Execute cast training initiatives outside of Daily Dose sessions and partner with district experts on product, category, and brand training
- Facilitate Sephora training sessions and maintain a coaching culture by selecting and certifying SUBC Facilitators and coaches
- Conduct custom makeovers, mini-makeovers, and skincare services, demonstrating advanced artistry skills
- Regularly serve as Director in Charge (DIC) within the store and engage with cast and clients on-stage
- Monitor Facilitators and coaches to ensure expectations are met through regular attendance at in-store classes

Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume retail location
- Demonstrated strong client service skills and passion for beauty consultancy
- Proven effective time management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities simultaneously
- Flexible availability to work peak retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
One to three years of experience in a similar stage/services lead role at a comparable volume store, or equivalent internal retail experience at Sephora or similar beauty retailer.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further beauty certification or professional makeup training preferred.
Workplace
This position is based in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of London.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22.20 to CAD 26.10 per hour.
