Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Worlds on-stage, including Color, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance, ensuring service excellence.
  • Ensure Services Coordinators and cast members perform according to Sephora standards and achieve company objectives.
  • Facilitate training and development for Services Coordinators and cast, partnering with store and district experts.
  • Maintain a coaching culture by participating in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
  • Demonstrate artistry skills by conducting custom makeovers and skincare services.
  • Act as Director in Charge (DIC) to engage with cast and clients on-stage.
  • Promote Sephora values such as Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.

Qualifications

  • One to three years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Strong client service skills.
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation

CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10/hr
