Sephora Canada seeks a Stage Experience and Services Lead in Ancaster, ON to lead in-store services, classes and events (full-time).
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-stage Worlds (e.g., Color, Skincare, Sephora Collection, Fragrance) within the assigned store and ensure consistent, brand-standard service delivery.
- Manage Studio operations and drive service revenue by supervising Services Coordinators and cast execution of makeovers, skincare services, classes and events.
- Deliver and coordinate training: execute cast training outside of Daily Dose, facilitate Sephora training sessions, and partner with elevated experts to upskill teams on product, category and brand knowledge.
- Maintain a coaching culture by selecting, training and certifying SUBC Facilitators and coaches and by regularly attending and assessing in-store classes.
- Act as Director in Charge (DIC) when required: engage with cast and clients on-stage, model Sephora selling behaviours, and ensure outstanding client service.
- Perform custom makeovers, mini-makeovers and skincare consultations as needed to demonstrate artistry and support sales.
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable-volume store or equivalent internal experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Demonstrated excellence in client service and a genuine passion for makeup and skincare artistry.
- Proven time-management and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Comfort with training, coaching and assessing cast performance against brand standards.
Skills
Experience
One to three years in a similar lead or supervisory role within beauty retail or an equivalent internal progression; demonstrated experience delivering beauty services and training frontline teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary certification in cosmetology, esthetics or related beauty discipline preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22.20 to CAD 26.10 per hour.
