Sephora Staffing Specialist at Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch, MS. Talent acquisition and HR role with $27.29–$30.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management on roster management and headcount forecasting based on volume and backfill requirements
- Serve as company ambassador at partner schools and universities to build and maintain relationships with faculty, administration, and student organizations
- Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews; lead interviews when appropriate
- Track and analyze staffing data to identify trends, gaps, and strategic recommendations
- Maintain accurate documentation on candidates, hiring manager interactions, and all recruiting activities for compliance and efficiency
- Communicate staffing needs with external partnerships as required
- Develop and implement diversity recruitment initiatives; collect, analyze, and present diversity metrics
- Own development, analysis, and measurement of high-volume staffing programs with key performance indicators
- Provide general HR support and maintain knowledge of employment law trends and regulatory changes
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of demonstrable experience in staffing, talent acquisition, or recruitment
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in talent acquisition or related field preferred)
- Proven ability to develop and deliver communications to diverse audience levels
- Demonstrable expertise in talent acquisition principles and practices
- Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex staffing issues
- Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships across organizational levels and with external business partners
Skills
Experience
2-3 years of experience in staffing, talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR functions. Candidates should demonstrate experience with high-volume hiring, university or community partnerships, and compliance management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in talent acquisition, human resources, or related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27.29 to USD 30.50 per hour.
