Sephora Specialist role in Venice, Italy: Lead beauty department operations, manage KPIs, and drive team performance in this full-time permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage qualitative and quantitative KPIs (recruitment, client relationship, conversion rate, average ticket, units per ticket) and omnichannel services (Sephora+, click & collect, app downloads)
- Oversee team performance metrics and define corrective actions to achieve targets
- Lead, develop, and mentor department team members, fostering skills development and professional growth
- Ensure quality standards across assigned product categories (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection)
- Deliver technical skills training to team members
- Manage customer disputes and ensure optimal customer journey in compliance with guidelines
- Coordinate daily briefings, communicate results, and align team on daily and monthly objectives
- Monitor compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and commercial policies
- Manage stockroom operations and maintain optimal inventory levels aligned with replenishment cycles
- Organize and manage the Booxi platform for appointment scheduling
- Liaise with Trade & Communication Department to coordinate in-store events, masterclasses, and digital initiatives
- Support Store Manager in strategic development of commercial and HR initiatives
- Monitor and report daily performance results to Store Manager and team
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in similar supervisory roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder)
- Demonstrated experience in dynamic, multinational retail environments
- Proficiency in commerce KPIs, budget management, and performance analysis
- Professional command of English
- Strong relationship management capabilities

Experience
