Sephora seeks a Specialist in Milano for departmental leadership, KPI management, and team development in a dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze qualitative and quantitative KPIs including recruitment metrics, client loyalty programs, conversion rates, average ticket value, and omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click & Collect, app engagement)
- Manage team performance against personal and store objectives, defining and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Lead, develop, and mentor departmental team members, cultivating skills and fostering professional growth
- Ensure quality standards across assigned product categories (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection)
- Deliver technical training to team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Resolve customer disputes and maintain service excellence standards
- Coordinate with Trade & Communication Department to organize in-store events, masterclasses, and digital learning sessions
- Manage the Booxi scheduling platform and oversee daily operational logistics
- Maintain stockroom organization and optimize inventory levels in accordance with replenishment cycles and merchandising guidelines
- Brief team members on daily and monthly objectives, sharing performance results and business updates
- Support Store Manager in strategic initiatives related to commercial performance and human resources development
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, commercial policies, pricing guidelines, and promotional standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in similar supervisory or team leadership roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder)
- Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing and interpreting key commerce KPIs
- Experience with budget management, financial analysis, and daily reporting
- Professional-level English language capability
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills

Minimum 3–4 years in similar supervisory or leadership roles within dynamic, multinational retail environments, preferably in prestige beauty or selective distribution sectors.
