Sephora seeks a Specialist in Florence to lead retail operations, manage team performance, and drive KPI success in a dynamic luxury beauty environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor qualitative and quantitative KPIs including Recruitment, My Client, LoveMeter, Conversion Rate, Average Ticket, and Unit Per Ticket, as well as Omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click & Collect, App download)
- Monitor team performance both individually and at store level, define and implement corrective actions
- Lead and develop department team members, cultivating skills and talent within the makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection categories
- Deliver technical skills training to team members
- Ensure quality standards and best-in-class customer journey across all service touchpoints
- Coordinate daily briefings with the team on current results and daily/monthly objectives
- Manage In Store services (internal and external) and organize the Booxi platform
- Coordinate with Trade & Communication Department on in-store events, masterclasses, and Digiclass activities
- Support Store Manager in daily activities and contribute to development of store's commercial and HR strategy
- Manage stockroom operations, maintain optimal stock levels aligned with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies
- Resolve customer and team disputes, maintain compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and commercial policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably in dynamic, multinational retail environments
- Proficiency in key commerce KPIs and budget management, analysis, and daily reporting
- Professional English language skills
- Strong relationship management capabilities
- Critical thinking and analytical skills

- Planning and organizational ability
