Sephora Specialist role in Ferrara, Italy. Lead beauty department operations, manage team performance, and drive KPI targets in this full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor department KPIs (Recruitment, My Client, LoveMeter, Conversion Rate, Average Ticket, Unit Per Ticket) and Omnichannel services
- Monitor team performance and define corrective actions to achieve store and personal KPIs
- Manage department team, develop team members' skills and talents, and foster team working spirit
- Ensure quality standards across assigned departments (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection)
- Provide technical skills training to team members
- Resolve customer and team disputes promptly
- Deliver daily briefings on results and monthly objectives to the team
- Guarantee best customer journey while ensuring guidelines compliance
- Monitor and share daily results with Store Manager and team
- Ensure respect of all company procedures, regulations, safety protocols, and commercial policies
- Manage in-store services performance and organize Booxi platform scheduling
- Coordinate with Trade & Communication Department for events, masterclasses, and Digiclass activities
- Support Store Manager in daily activities and contribute to store commercial and HR strategy development
- Manage stockroom and maintain optimal stock levels according to replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Key Holder)
- Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting
