Sephora seeks an experienced Specialist for Catania C.C. Sicilia store in Italy. Lead category management and team performance in prestige beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage floor comprehensively across one or more key product categories (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection)
- Monitor and optimize quantitative and qualitative KPIs including recruitment, customer loyalty, conversion rates, and average transaction value
- Manage department team performance and develop staff skills and talents
- Ensure quality standards and training in technical product knowledge
- Resolve customer disputes and ensure optimal customer journey
- Foster team cohesion and motivate members to achieve daily and monthly objectives
- Conduct briefings on current results and daily/monthly objectives
- Deploy company procedures, security protocols, and commercial policies
- Coordinate with Trade & Communication Department on in-store events, masterclasses, and digital activities
- Monitor and report daily results to Store Manager
- Organize and manage Booxi platform activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder) in multinational retail environments
- Demonstrated knowledge of key commerce KPIs and budget management
- Business acumen and results-oriented mindset
- Professional English language proficiency
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Analysis and reporting capabilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Resilience and performance under pressure
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in similar supervisory or team leadership roles, preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments such as prestige beauty retail.
