Sephora is hiring a full-time, permanent Space Planning Executive in Singapore to support planogram updates, franchise floor planning for India and Indonesia, and space-planning database accuracy across Southeast Asia. The role uses JDA, DOMO, Brand Portal, Microsoft Excel and other approved tools, and provides self-service support to Category Managers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Update approved brand planograms accurately and on time in JDA or another designated space-planning system.
- Validate approved submissions before implementation, checking brand, store, fixture, assortment, dimensions, effective date and supporting files; clarify incomplete or inconsistent information with relevant stakeholders.
- Create, revise and publish planograms in accordance with approved brand configurations, merchandising standards, system conventions and implementation timelines.
- Perform quality checks before release to identify placement, dimension, assortment, naming or version-control errors and ensure each final planogram matches the approved request.
- Investigate planogram discrepancies raised by local Visual Merchandising and Operations teams, coordinate approved corrections and track issues through resolution.
- Maintain status tracking and an audit trail of approvals, completed updates, pending clarifications and exceptions; escalate risks or delays.
- Coordinate with Category Managers and other relevant teams to resolve operational questions and ensure only approved changes are implemented.
- Review floor maps submitted by franchise markets in India and Indonesia for completeness, consistency and alignment with approved brand configurations and space-planning principles.
- Identify layout discrepancies, missing information, configuration conflicts and data-quality issues; consolidate feedback and follow up with market stakeholders.
- Upload new and revised floor maps to the designated AI-enabled space-planning tool, following naming, tagging, version-control and filing standards.
- Maintain current floor-map records and identify or archive superseded versions according to the agreed process.
- Support floor-map reviews, reporting and ad hoc analysis.
- Complete monthly uploads of planograms, brand configurations and related master data to the designated space-planning database within the agreed timetable.
- Perform validation and reconciliation checks to maintain data accuracy, completeness, consistency and version integrity across source files, systems and reporting outputs.
- Help maintain accurate brand-configuration, planogram and PDI information in DOMO.
- Investigate and correct data discrepancies promptly, document recurring issues and recommend practical improvements to data-control processes.
- Provide timely user support and Q&A to Category Managers using the space-planning self-service tool, including basic navigation, data interpretation and issue escalation.
- Maintain user guidance, frequently asked questions and issue logs to encourage consistent use of the self-service tool and reduce repeat enquiries.

- Relevant experience in retail merchandising, planogramming, space planning, master-data maintenance or a similar operational role.
- Hands-on experience with JDA or another space-planning or planogram system is preferred; confidence in learning new systems and AI-enabled tools is essential.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; exposure to DOMO, other BI tools, Brand Portal or database platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret planograms, floor maps, fixture information and brand-configuration data accurately.
- High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to validation, reconciliation, documentation and version control.
