Sephora seeks a Social Reporting Project Manager in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Lead HR reporting automation and compliance initiatives on a temporary contract.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and accelerate the HR reporting automation project, including review and refinement of existing specifications to ensure clarity and completeness
  • Coordinate across internal stakeholders (Payroll, HRIS, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, HR teams) and external service providers to deliver automation solutions
  • Participate actively in the design, development, and user acceptance testing of automated reporting deliverables with internal client organizations
  • Monitor project execution against timeline, technical constraints, and identified risks; escalate potential deviations promptly
  • Develop comprehensive technical and functional documentation for new automated solutions and processes
  • Facilitate training sessions for end users on new tools, systems, and processes
  • Ensure production continuity of essential social reports using current methods during the transition period
  • Collect, consolidate, and validate HR data from multiple sources (HRIS, Excel files, etc.) with rigorous attention to accuracy
  • Prepare critical compliance and governance reports including Social Reports, Disability Reports, Health & Safety Committee documentation, and Annual Mandatory Negotiations materials
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide strategic commentary on emerging HR and workforce trends

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Human Resources, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR reporting, cross-functional project management, or data analysis with operational responsibility
  • Demonstrated expertise in French payroll regulations and social reporting requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data manipulation
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) platforms
  • Strong project management capabilities with proven organizational and planning acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
