Role & Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Sephora's social media strategy across various platforms.
- Develop and manage the content calendar for social media.
- Engage in community management by actively listening and monitoring the fan community.
- Propose and execute special collaborations with brands and influencers.
- Manage tools for tracking and optimizing social media strategies.
- Coordinate with creative agencies for briefing and execution of creative assets.
- Compile and manage monthly reports, liaising with central teams.
- Assist in influencer and events strategy in collaboration with the Communication and Public Relations department.
Qualifications
- Native Portuguese speaker with high proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail, beauty, or fashion sectors.
