The Social Media Intern supports Sephora’s Digital Media Team with campaign planning, creative briefings, agency coordination, campaign organization and performance tracking across Germany, Switzerland, Sweden and Denmark. This is an internship in Düsseldorf, with a hybrid working arrangement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Digital Media Team’s day-to-day operations and contribute to executing campaigns across the DENS Hub (Germany, Switzerland, Sweden and Denmark).
- Assist with planning and coordinating Paid Social and Full Funnel Co-Advertising campaigns across Display, DOOH, Video and Performance media.
- Develop clear, precise creative briefings for high-performing campaigns.
- Coordinate with media and creative agencies and internal stakeholders, including the Paris headquarters.
- Maintain smooth communication among all parties involved in campaign execution.
- Organize campaign documents, assets and data, maintaining central filing systems.
- Support performance tracking and help ensure campaigns are delivered on time and according to plan.

- Show a strong interest in digital marketing trends and a passion for the beauty industry.
