Sephora — Social Media Intern in Düsseldorf (hybrid). Create video content, manage the content calendar and support creator briefings for a leading beauty retailer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce short‑form video content and visual assets for Sephora’s social channels in line with brand guidelines.
- Write engaging captions and select appropriate hashtags to maximise reach and engagement.
- Maintain and update the social content calendar, ensuring timely publication and campaign alignment.
- Monitor social trends and competitor activity; surface insights to inform content and influencer strategies.
- Collaborate with Sephora’s creator network and internal teams to prepare creative briefings and coordinate content delivery.
- Support basic performance tracking and reporting of social content and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (minimum three semesters completed).
- Preferably initial practical experience in social media management or a related internship.
- Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing and the beauty sector, with up‑to‑date knowledge of platform trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organised, able to prioritise multiple tasks and take responsibility for own projects.
- Familiarity with Canva and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint preferred.

Beginner level. Candidates should have completed at least three semesters of a relevant degree; prior internships or coursework in social media, digital marketing or communications are advantageous.
