Role & Responsibilities
- Create photo and video content for Sephora and Sephora Collection social channels (Instagram, TikTok).
- Support the editorial calendar and plan content around brand pillars and product launches.
- Manage content production workflows: write briefs, coordinate product requests/shipments, track iterations and approvals.
- Collaborate closely with influence, image, marketing and product teams to align creative and commercial objectives.
- Perform community management tasks: respond to comments, foster audience interactions and maintain channel tone of voice.
- Monitor social trends and propose agile, reactive content ideas to amplify launches and campaigns.
- Contribute to creative development through social listening, competitive benchmarking and team brainstorming sessions.
- Use content editing, scheduling and reporting tools to prepare, post and analyse performance of published assets.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in M1 or M2 (master’s level) programme in business, communications, marketing or related field.
- Available for an alternance (apprenticeship) contract of 12 or 24 months, starting September 2026.
- Comfortable in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrable passion for social media and the cosmetics/beauty sector.
- Confident on camera and at ease creating photo/video content.
- Rigorous, highly organised and able to manage production follow‑up across multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with video/photo editing, scheduling and reporting tools (practical experience preferred).

Experience
Entry‑level/apprenticeship position intended for students in M1 or M2; prior internships in social media, content creation or influencer marketing are advantageous but not required.
Education
Master’s‑level student (M1 or M2) in business, communications, marketing or a related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
