Sephora in Sydney is hiring a Social & Comms Executive to lead social, PR and influencer activations across ANZ.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain ANZ social and internal content calendars, ensuring alignment with retail initiatives, brand launches and campaign timelines.
  • Execute daily social posts across Instagram and TikTok, including caption writing, publishing and community management (comments and DMs).
  • Create platform-appropriate social assets and short-form video content using Canva, CapCut and native video-editing tools; optimise creative for engagement and conversion.
  • Support influencer and creator activations, including briefing, content collection and coordination of the Sephora Beauty Advisor Creator Club program.
  • Assist in PR activity delivery and event execution; coordinate product send-outs, media pitching and relationship management with local PR agency partners.
  • Produce weekly and monthly social media reports and insights for Marketing and Ecommerce teams to inform optimisation and campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification, preferably in business, marketing or communications.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in social and content marketing within retail, e‑commerce, beauty, fashion or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven experience managing Instagram business accounts, Facebook Business Manager and TikTok.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, plus practical experience in video editing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft on‑brand captions and briefs.
  • Sound strategic thinking and a thorough understanding of the social media and influencer landscape.

Experience
