Sephora Skincare Specialist part-time role in Mt Gravatt, Queensland. Educate customers on skincare with career growth within LVMH.
Role & Responsibilities
- Educate clients about skincare routines, treatment options, and preventive measures to enhance their beauty regimen
- Build emotional connections with customers and help them discover Sephora's skincare selection aligned with individual needs
- Observe and stay current with new skincare products and the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry
- Support fellow team members by sharing specialist skincare expertise and guidance
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance with availability Thursday to Sunday, including late-night and weekend shifts
- React to in-the-moment situations and adapt to changing store priorities during shifts
Qualifications
- Certificate or qualification in skincare (highly desirable)
- Previous experience in skincare or skin services
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Sales experience with a track record of positive customer engagement
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level with previous sales experience required; previous skincare or skin services experience is highly preferred. Previous leadership experience is favourable.
Education
Certificate or diploma in skincare is highly desirable; formal qualification is not mandatory but strongly preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is AUD 29.64 per hour.
