Sephora seeks a Skincare Specialist at Melbourne Central, Melbourne, with skincare expertise and customer-focused sales skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire customers and help them become the best version of themselves.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment options and preventive measures.
- Help customers discover the skincare selection and build emotional connections with them.
- Use skincare expertise to support other team members as a specialist.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Previous sales experience and excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Previous experience in skincare or skin services is highly preferred.
- Previous leadership experience is favourable.
- A skincare certificate or qualification is highly desirable; a certificate or diploma in skincare is also highly desirable.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to respond to situations in the moment and remain aware of changing store priorities.
- Availability for five full days across key trading times, including late nights and weekends.
