Sephora Skincare Specialist, Melbourne: Part-time beauty role with $30.68/hr + super + commission. Skincare expertise & sales experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Educate customers on skincare routines, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Demonstrate knowledge of current skincare products and latest industry trends
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized product recommendations
- Support team members by sharing skincare expertise and guidance
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance, particularly during peak trading periods
- Respond dynamically to in-the-moment customer needs and store priorities
Qualifications
- Certificate or qualification in skincare (highly desirable)
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Previous experience in skincare or skin services (highly desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships
- Strong product knowledge and awareness of skincare innovations

Experience
