Sephora Skincare Specialist - Part-time role in Chadstone, Melbourne with product expertise, client education and team mentoring responsibilities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Educate customers on skincare routines, treatment options, and preventive skincare measures tailored to individual skin types and concerns
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge of Sephora's skincare range and guide customers toward appropriate selections
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with regular customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Mentor and support fellow team members by sharing skincare expertise and best practices
  • Monitor and communicate emerging skincare trends, techniques, and product innovations to the store team
  • Maintain consistent attendance and reliability during peak trading periods (Thursday to Sunday) and late-night shifts
  • Respond dynamically to evolving store priorities and customer needs throughout each shift

Qualifications

  • Certificate or qualification in skincare (highly desirable)
  • Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience
  • Previous experience in skincare or skin services
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
  • Consistent and reliable attendance record

Experience

The base compensation for this position is AUD 30.68 per hour.
