Sephora is hiring a Skincare Specialist in Indooroopilly, Brisbane — full-time, AUD 29.64/hr + super, commission and weekend/public-holiday loading.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised skincare consultations and routine prescriptions that educate and convert customers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through product recommendations, demonstrations and targeted sell-throughs.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships via follow-up, clienteling and loyalty-driving activities.
- Remain abreast of skincare product innovation, trends and treatment techniques and communicate insights to clients and colleagues.
- Support in-store training and mentor junior colleagues on skincare techniques and service standards.
- Maintain store presentation, product replenishment and compliance with hygiene and treatment protocols.
- Work rostered trading hours including weekends, late nights and public holidays to meet store needs.
Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma in skincare, beauty therapy or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Previous retail sales experience with demonstrated interpersonal and consultative skills.
- Prior experience in skincare services or professional treatments preferred.
- Proven reliability with availability across key trading times (including weekends and late nights).
- Eligibility to work in Australia.

Entry-level role for candidates with retail sales experience; prior experience in skincare or skin services is highly preferred. Leadership or mentoring experience is favourable but not mandatory.
Education
