Sephora Paris is hiring a Skincare Sales Advisor (Full-time) for the Champs-Élysées store — customer-focused role requiring English proficiency.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, expert welcome and personalised skincare consultations that convert advice into sales and build long-term client relationships.
  • Recommend and demonstrate Sephora products and services aligned with clients’ skincare needs and preferences.
  • Drive store sales and KPIs through proactive clienteling, cross-selling and participation in commercial promotions and in-store activations.
  • Create a distinctive customer experience by delivering high standards of service, presentation and wellbeing during every interaction.
  • Collaborate closely with store colleagues to achieve team targets and support visual merchandising and stock presentation.
  • Participate in training, product launches and brand events; respond agilely to commercial challenges and seasonal priorities.

Qualifications

  • Fluent command of English (mandatory) to assist international clientele.
  • Strong client-service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Energetic, responsive and attentive to detail with a genuine interest in skincare and beauty.
  • Team player with a commercial mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Availability to work on site according to store scheduling for a 35-hour permanent contract (CDI).

Experience

Entry-level. No extensive prior experience required; previous retail or beauty consultancy experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
