Role & Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end management of a portfolio of skincare projects following an initial onboarding period.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (product, packaging, marketing, quality, supply chain) to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Build, maintain and pilot project plans and timelines; manage phase gates including scoping, feasibility studies and risk registers.
- Contribute to the definition and deployment of new operational processes to improve project governance and efficiency.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports and meeting briefs; follow up on actions and track milestones.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a relevant higher-education program (business, project management, cosmetics/beauty sciences, or equivalent) and eligible for a 12‑month alternance starting September 2026.
- Demonstrable rigour and organisational aptitude with an ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with a readiness to propose improvements and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong team orientation and effective interpersonal communication skills.

Beginner — entry-level/apprenticeship position suitable for students or recent graduates; internships or academic project experience in project management or beauty product development are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business, project management, cosmetics/beauty science or a related discipline; available for a 12‑month alternance (apprenticeship) beginning September 2026.
