Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active support and product consultation to customers in skincare, makeup, fragrance, and haircare departments
- Establish meaningful customer relationships at eye level through consultative selling and in-depth product knowledge
- Deliver tailored beauty services and educational content, including beauty classes and trend consultations
- Develop and implement team beauty looks to support brand activations and trend-driven merchandising
- Maintain sales floor presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications and ensure adequate product stock
- Manage cash register operations and complete daily inventory and warehouse operations
- Support merchandising updates and seasonal conversion initiatives
- Actively communicate product news, beauty trends, and services updates to the team
- Track performance metrics including conversion rate, items per basket, average basket value, and customer satisfaction feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail, consulting, or beauty retail
- Completed training in respective beauty departments (minimum 6 months training period)
- Excellent customer communication and consultative selling skills
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry, skincare trends, and product portfolio
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Reliability, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset
