Sephora Shop Manager position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Lead retail operations, drive sales, and create exceptional client experiences in prestige beauty.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create an addictive and engaging client experience whilst ensuring sales align with Sephora's DNA and strategic objectives
  • Lead and support store team in demonstrating products and educating clients on skincare, makeup, fragrance, and other product categories
  • Model exceptional grooming standards and brand image in accordance with Sephora guidelines
  • Maximize client baskets using Sephora Attitude and advanced selling techniques to contribute to monthly store turnover
  • Ensure achievement of store commercial and operational KPIs, with particular focus on service targets
  • Apply Sephora policies and procedures across all store operations
  • Support merchandising procedures including product displays, testers, pricing, animations, cash desk areas, stockroom management, and beauty hub tools
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product restocking, and overall visual merchandising standards
  • Contribute to audit compliance and continuous operational improvement
  • Maintain product knowledge and professional skills through regular training, Sephora University courses, and the 360 e-learning digital platform

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven retail and sales experience
  • Minimum 1–2 years in an in-store sales role
  • Strong selling techniques and consultative sales approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
