Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet commercial and operational KPIs.
- Manage floor operations, ensuring optimal coverage and client satisfaction.
- Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve targets and enhance market share.
- Oversee store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and compliance with policies.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to analyze market conditions and develop business strategies.
- Foster a high-performing team through coaching, training, and development initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures and maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in store management
