Sephora seeks a Shop Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to lead store operations, sales and team development for its Jeddah boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and model the Sephora Attitude to ensure an addictive client experience across all store touchpoints; intervene on the floor to support complex client interactions and guarantee service recovery when required.
- Coach, develop and motivate the store team through daily observations, briefings, structured trainings (Sephora University and 360 e‑learning) and targeted action plans to achieve commercial and operational KPIs.
- Drive sales performance by translating targets into actionable floor initiatives, balancing assortment priorities (selective brands, exclusives, Sephora Collection) and implementing in-store incentives and competitions.
- Manage day-to-day store operations: enforce merchandising, pricing, tester and stock procedures; monitor inventory levels and podium orders to prevent out-of-stock situations; maintain store presentation and cleanliness.
- Analyse business KPIs and client feedback (Love Meter, CEE), propose corrective action plans, and support the Area Manager with market intelligence and qualitative product feedback to Headquarters and category teams.
- Plan and execute in-store activations, promotional displays and local merchandising in alignment with category directives and brand guidelines.
- Own people processes for the assigned team including recruitment support, performance reviews (PCR/PIP), annual leave planning and succession development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 to 6 years of progressive store management experience with proven ability to lead retail teams.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and operational KPIs in a high-volume retail environment.
- Strong coaching and people-development capabilities, including recruitment and succession planning.
- Proficiency in English and fluency in Arabic.
