Shop Manager position at Sephora Abha, Saudi Arabia. Lead retail operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional beauty experiences in a prestige retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by assisting and guiding customers on appropriate product selections aligned with their individual needs and skin type
  • Lead and support the store team in product demonstrations and client education initiatives across fragrances, makeup, skincare, and hair care
  • Execute Sephora Attitude selling techniques to build client baskets and maximize transaction value while contributing to monthly store turnover
  • Monitor and achieve store commercial and operational KPIs with particular focus on service targets
  • Implement Sephora policies and procedures including merchandising standards, product testers, pricing displays, animations, cash desk management, and stockroom organization
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product restocking, and overall visual merchandising in compliance with Sephora standards
  • Support cross-departmental store operations including cash handling and other operational functions as required
  • Participate in regular training and professional development through Sephora University, in-store sessions, and digital learning platforms
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by addressing audit findings and implementing corrective actions
  • Model exemplary grooming, image, and professionalism in accordance with Sephora brand guidelines

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven retail sales and customer service experience
  • Demonstrated mastery of retail sales techniques and client engagement strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable punctuality and professional attendance record
  • Knowledge of prestige beauty products and fragrance categories
  • Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems and inventory management
