Sephora — Shift Coordinator in Olive Branch, MS. Full-time distribution center role managing shift operations, WMS, and team productivity.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assign and prioritize daily work tasks across departments to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Monitor associates’ performance, provide constructive feedback and coach to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Operate and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other in-house computer applications to track work activity and inventory.
  • Coordinate shift-to-shift communication to ensure continuity of operations and adherence to action plans.
  • Train associates on standard operating procedures and preferred methods documented in the procedures manual.
  • Enforce all Company, state and OSHA safety rules and report safety or loss-prevention incidents promptly.
  • Support inventory balancing activities and assist with workflow adjustments to meet changing business needs.
  • Maintain reliable attendance, adhere to assigned shifts and work overtime as operationally required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant distribution center, warehouse or logistics experience.
  • College degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook; proficiency with WMS or other menu‑driven applications preferred.
  • Basic math skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout a scheduled shift.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving skills; proven ability to give and receive feedback professionally.
  • Flexibility to be cross‑trained and to work varying shifts including overtime as required.

Experience

Minimum three years of experience in distribution center, warehouse or logistics operations, with supervisory or coordinator responsibilities preferred. Prior exposure to WMS-driven workflows is highly desirable.

College degree or relevant work experience.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 21.40 per hour.
