Role & Responsibilities

• Assign and prioritize daily work tasks to associates to meet productivity, accuracy and safety targets.
• Operate and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other in-house systems to track work progress and balance inventory.
• Monitor associate performance, provide constructive feedback, and train staff on standard operating procedures and preferred methods.
• Coordinate communication and handoffs across shifts to ensure continuity of operations and adherence to action plans.
• Enforce company loss prevention policies and OSHA, state and company safety rules; report potential violations.
• Maintain reliable attendance, flexible scheduling and the ability to work assigned shifts and overtime as required.
• Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service consistent with company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, distribution centre or logistics operations.
• College degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Prior experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven inventory applications.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook; basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties for the duration of a shift.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills; ability to train and give/receive feedback professionally.

Skills

Experience

Requires a minimum of three years' experience in warehouse or distribution operations, with hands-on use of WMS and demonstrated ability to coordinate teams, meet productivity targets and uphold safety and loss-prevention standards.

Education

College degree or relevant work experience.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 21.40 per hour.
