Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with departmental associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards are met.
- Assign work tasks and monitor progress against established standards.
- Operate and maintain various Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Balance inventory and manage communication flow between shifts.
- Train associates according to the 'Preferred Methods and Procedures' manual.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, policies, and regulations.
- Maintain excellent attendance and set an example for associates.
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
Qualifications
- College degree or relevant work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Compensation
Starting base pay is $20.00 - $21.40 per hour. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
