Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate distribution center operations during assigned shifts, ensuring productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards are consistently met
- Assign and prioritize work tasks to associates, monitor progress against established standards, and provide constructive feedback for performance improvement
- Operate and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related in-house computer systems to track work activities and manage inventory flow
- Communicate daily operational goals and action plans to the shift team and facilitate cross-shift coordination
- Train associates on standard operating procedures, documented best practices, and job-specific responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all Company, state, and OSHA safety regulations; report safety violations and potential hazards to management
- Maintain Loss Prevention policies and procedures; model excellent attendance and punctuality as set by company standards
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service aligned with company standards
- Manage flexible work scheduling requirements and overtime assignments as directed by business needs
Qualifications
- College degree or minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse, distribution, or inventory control experience
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or demonstrated ability to quickly master menu-driven applications
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license (implied for distribution center role)
- Capacity to work assigned shift schedule including Friday–Sunday day shifts
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in warehouse operations, distribution center management, inventory control, or a comparable supervisory or coordination role in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Education
College degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) or minimum 3 years of directly relevant warehouse or distribution center experience.

The successful candidate will be located in Avon, Indiana, USA, with easy access to Indianapolis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.70 to USD 26.45 per hour.
