Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with departmental associates to ensure adherence to productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards
- Assign and prioritize work tasks to associates to achieve established operational goals
- Operate and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other in-house computer systems to track and monitor work activities
- Communicate daily work objectives to team members and coordinate execution against defined action plans
- Monitor associates' work performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Train associates in their duties according to company-established procedures and best practices
- Ensure compliance with all Company, state, and OSHA safety policies, rules, and regulations; report violations to appropriate supervisory personnel
- Maintain excellent attendance and set a positive example for other associates
- Balance inventory and manage communication flow across shifts
- Maintain flexibility regarding work schedules, including overtime as operationally required
- Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service in accordance with company standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Demonstrated problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Capacity to give and receive professional, constructive feedback

Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations experience with demonstrated supervisory or coordination responsibilities.
Education
College degree or equivalent relevant work experience in warehouse or distribution operations.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.70 to USD 26.45 per hour.
