Sephora seeks an experienced Shift Coordinator for its Avon, IN distribution center. Lead operations, manage teams, and oversee WMS systems.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with departmental associates to ensure adherence to productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards
- Assign and prioritize work tasks to associates to achieve daily work goals
- Monitor and evaluate associate performance, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Operate and maintain in-house WMS systems to track and monitor work activities
- Communicate daily objectives and coordinate against defined action plans with team members
- Train associates on proper procedures and best practices as documented in company manuals
- Enforce all Company, state, and OSHA safety regulations; report violations and potential hazards to supervisory personnel
- Maintain flexible work schedule and work designated shifts and overtime as operationally required
- Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service according to company standards
- Ensure excellent attendance and set a professional example for other associates
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse or distribution center experience
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Competency in basic mathematics
- College degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Capability to stand, sit, squat, and walk for extended periods throughout scheduled shifts
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of warehousing, distribution center, or related operational experience; prior supervisory or shift leadership experience in a distribution or logistics environment is strongly preferred.
Education
College degree or equivalent relevant work experience in warehouse operations or distribution center management.

The successful candidate will be located in Avon, Indiana, USA, with easy access to Indianapolis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.70 to USD 26.45 per hour.
