Shift Coordinator (Fri–Sun) at Sephora's Avon, IN distribution center. Full-time permanent role managing warehouse operations, teams, and WMS systems. $24.70–$26.45/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assign and prioritize work tasks to associates, establishing clear daily goals aligned with the operational action plan
- Monitor and evaluate associate work performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching for continuous improvement
- Operate and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track work activities and balance inventory
- Coordinate communication and workflow between assigned shifts and other operational departments
- Train associates on duties and preferred methods per company procedures and operational manuals
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA, company, and state safety protocols; report violations and potential hazards to management
- Maintain attendance standards and set an example of professional conduct and reliability for the team
- Provide high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders per company standards
- Manage flexible scheduling including overtime as operationally required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant warehouse/distribution center work experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven software applications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing deadlines
- Capability to stand, sit, squat, lift, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Experience
Minimum 3 years of warehouse, distribution center, or related supervisory experience required.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant warehouse/distribution center work experience.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.70 to USD 26.45 per hour.
