Sephora Shift Coordinator, Avon, IN – $24.70-$26.45/hr, full-time distribution center role managing associates, WMS systems, and warehouse operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assign and prioritize work tasks to distribution center associates to achieve operational productivity and work goals
- Monitor associates' work performance against established standards and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Operate and maintain various Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track and monitor work activities
- Communicate daily work objectives to the team and coordinate execution against defined action plans
- Train associates in their assigned duties according to company-established preferred methods and procedures
- Enforce all company, state, and OSHA safety regulations and protocols; report safety violations to appropriate management personnel
- Manage inventory balance and coordinate the flow of communication between shifts
- Maintain flexible scheduling and work any designated shift or overtime as required by operational needs
- Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service in accordance with company standards
- Demonstrate knowledge of how differing operating activities impact the overall functioning of the distribution center
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or minimum three years of relevant warehouse, distribution, or logistics work experience
- Previous hands-on experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Basic mathematics proficiency

Minimum three years of relevant work experience in warehouse operations, distribution center management, or related logistics roles; prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems or menu-driven applications preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in any discipline, or equivalent professional work experience in warehouse or distribution operations.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.70 to USD 26.45 per hour.
