Sephora Canada — Victoria, BC: Services Manager to lead in‑store beauty services, events and studio operations at the Victoria store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the in‑store Beauty, Skincare and Fragrance Studio(s), ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to brand protocols.
  • Manage the Online Reservation system: publish team availability, schedule and promote classes, and optimise appointment flow to maximise capacity and client satisfaction.
  • Plan, staff and execute in‑store events and classes to drive client education and incremental sales.
  • Coach, develop and certify Beauty Advisors; design hands‑on learning opportunities to elevate artistry and service standards.
  • Partner in workforce planning to ensure adequate staffing for service peaks and to maintain an efficient client check‑in experience.
  • Participate in performance management related to the Studio and direct reports, delivering timely feedback and development plans.
  • Act regularly as Manager on Duty: engage on‑stage with clients and Beauty Advisors and support sales and operational priorities.

Qualifications

  • Two to four years of experience in a comparable services or studio management role in a high‑volume retail environment, or equivalent internal experience.
  • Proven ability to recruit, train and develop store leaders and service teams to drive sales and client loyalty.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated event planning and operational execution skills in a retail setting.
  • Physical capability to work in a fragrance environment and to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
