Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare and Fragrance Studio, ensuring adequate training and development of the Studio Coordinator
- Oversee the Online Reservation system, publishing Beauty Advisors' availability and managing class scheduling
- Plan and staff all in-store events appropriately to maximize client learning and sales opportunities
- Develop and manage certification processes for Beauty Advisors, elevating their artistry skills
- Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for Beauty Studio team members
- Ensure staffing levels are adequate to support increased services while maintaining efficient client check-in processes
- Leverage technology innovations to enhance client experiences during consultations and services
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
Qualifications
- Two to four years' experience in a similar retail or beauty services management role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels
- Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders who can train teams and drive sales
- Capability to manage multiple services, classes, and events simultaneously while maintaining high standards
