Sephora Canada in Saskatoon is hiring a Services Manager, Stores to lead Beauty Studio operations, classes and events and drive client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Beauty, Skincare and Fragrance Studio(s) and ensure high standards of service delivery and client experience.
- Manage the Online Reservation system: publish Beauty Advisor availability, schedule classes and optimize appointments to maximize studio capacity.
- Plan, staff and execute in‑store services, classes and events to drive client education and incremental sales.
- Recruit, coach and certify Beauty Advisors; create development plans and provide ongoing artistry and product training.
- Lead performance management related to studio operations and direct reports, delivering timely feedback and follow-up where required.
- Act regularly as Manager on Duty to support floor operations, client interactions and ensure service quality during peak periods.
- Promote technology adoption within service offerings to elevate the in‑store experience and drive appointment conversion.
Qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven capability to build and lead teams, identify talent and develop store leaders who can train cast to drive sales and service excellence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in event planning, scheduling and managing service operations to meet client demand.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to work in a fragrance‑filled environment.
Skills
Experience
Two to four years' experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience; demonstrated track record of leading retail service teams and driving service‑led sales.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business, hospitality, cosmetology or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 54,800 to CAD 68,500 per annum.
