Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring Beauty Studio Coordinators are adequately trained and equipped to manage the studio and drive services
  • Oversee the online reservation system, publish Beauty Advisor availability and class schedules, and ensure efficient client check-in processes
  • Plan and staff all in-store events and classes with the services team to maximize client learning and sales opportunities
  • Manage the development and certification process for Beauty Advisors, providing continuous artistry skill elevation opportunities
  • Conduct performance assessments and provide timely, constructive feedback to team members related to studio operations and direct reports
  • Ensure Beauty Advisors leverage technology innovations within services to deliver elevated in-store client experiences
  • Act as Manager on Duty within the store, engaging with both Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels to support increased service demand while optimizing operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Two to four years' experience in a similar management role at a comparable high-volume retail store or equivalent internal experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with business partners at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to build and attract talented retail leaders capable of training, developing, and coaching store teams to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service
  • Strong organizational and event management capabilities
  • Proficiency with online reservation and scheduling systems
  • Knowledge of beauty, skincare, and fragrance products and services
