Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring the Studio Coordinator is adequately trained and equipped to drive services effectively
- Oversee the Online Reservation system, publishing Beauty Advisors' availability and class schedules while optimizing client check-in processes and staffing levels
- Plan and execute all in-store events and special services with the services team, balancing client learning opportunities with sales optimization
- Develop and manage certification and continuous training programs for Beauty Advisors, fostering artistry skill development and professional growth
- Conduct performance assessments and provide timely, constructive feedback to direct reports and studio team members; participate in performance management situations as needed
- Leverage technology innovations within service delivery to enhance the in-store client experience and support Beauty Advisors in client interactions
- Serve as Manager on Duty within the store, engaging directly with both Beauty Advisors and clients to model excellence in service delivery
Qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a high-volume store location or equivalent internal retail management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with business partners across all organizational levels
- Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders who drive sales and deliver exceptional client service
- Experience managing service-oriented retail environments with focus on client experience and team development
