Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the Beauty, Skincare and Fragrance Studio, ensuring the Coordinator is adequately trained and capable of driving services independently
  • Oversee the online reservation system, managing Beauty Advisor availability publishing and class scheduling while ensuring efficient client check-in processes
  • Plan and execute all in-store events and services programs in collaboration with the services team, optimizing client learning and sales opportunities
  • Direct Beauty Advisor training and certification processes, creating opportunities to elevate artistry skills and professional development
  • Conduct performance management activities and provide timely feedback for any issues related to the Beauty Studio or direct reports
  • Ensure Beauty Advisors effectively leverage technology innovations within services to deliver an elevated client experience
  • Act regularly as Manager on Duty, engaging directly with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
  • Monitor and maintain adequate staffing levels to support service demand while controlling operational costs

Qualifications

  • Two to four years of experience in a similar management role at a high-volume retail location or equivalent internal experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all organizational levels clearly and concisely
  • Proven capability to build and attract talented store leaders capable of training and developing staff to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service
  • Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment and perform physical duties including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, bending, and stretching
