Sephora Canada — Services Manager, Store in Edmonton. Lead in‑store beauty services, classes and events; manage the Beauty Studio and team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the in‑store Beauty, Skincare and Fragrance Studio (where applicable), ensuring high standards of service delivery and retail presentation.
  • Oversee the Online Reservation system: publish Beauty Advisor availability, schedule classes and manage client bookings to optimise utilisation and client flow.
  • Plan, staff and execute in‑store events and classes that drive client education, product trial and incremental sales.
  • Coach, certify and develop Beauty Advisors: design on‑the‑floor training, monitor artistry skills and oversee certification progress.
  • Support performance management related to the Beauty Studio and direct reports; provide timely feedback and follow up on improvement plans.
  • Act as Manager on Duty regularly—engage with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor and ensure exceptional client check‑in experiences.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels and resources to meet service demand and maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Two to four years' experience in a comparable role at a similar volume beauty or retail store, or equivalent internal experience.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop and lead retail teams to deliver sales targets and elevated client service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated event or class management experience and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fragrance‑filled environment and handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Two to four years in a similar beauty services or retail management role at a comparable volume store, with demonstrable experience leading teams, running in‑store classes/events and managing service operations.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 54,800 to CAD 68,500 per annum.
