Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of all services, classes, and events within the store.
- Ensure the effective operation of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio.
- Leverage technology innovations to enhance client experiences.
- Manage the online reservation system and ensure efficient client check-in processes.
- Plan and staff in-store events to maximize client engagement and sales.
- Develop and certify Beauty Advisors to elevate their artistry skills.
- Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors.
Qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
