Sephora Services Lead, Stores - Full Time position in Toronto, Canada. CAD$22.20–$26.10/hr plus bonuses and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support all departments on the sales floor and ensure execution of Sephora's selling model
- Monitor store sales performance and align department-specific team members with sales goals
- Oversee visual merchandising standards and execute floor animations and updates
- Serve as Manager on Duty and engage with staff and clients on the sales floor
- Assess staffing levels and adjust as needed to meet client expectations and departmental needs
- Participate in the recruitment and interviewing process for store team members
- Demonstrate and reinforce Sephora values including client service passion, innovation, expertise, and teamwork
Qualifications
- One to three years' experience in a similar leadership role at a high-volume retail location or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and deliver constructive feedback
- Demonstrated strong client service skills and emotional intelligence
- Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities

Experience
One to three years of experience in a similar supervisory or leadership role at a comparable retail environment, or equivalent tenure within the same organization.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22.20 to CAD 26.10 per hour.
